Venue
The venues should be considered in terms of the Venue Spec.
Add venues to "suggestions" if you want to suggest them.
Move venue from "suggestions" to "in progress" as soon as you contact the venue. Write down your name next to the venue, so that people know who to contact to find out how the venue is going.

- Bien Donne has a cultural centre which is used by schools and similar groups. Our choir goes there for the annual camp. It has beds, you just have to bring your own bedding. There is even a quad and a pool. It is not luxurious like a hotel, though; the group has the entire place to itself if you rent it (there are no staff). But one has to pay. It is possible to arrange for them to cater too, or otherwise one can use their kitchen. There is one main meeting room which can hold a lot of people, and in theory it is possible to meet in the foyer too (we have used that for meetings), and there is also a coffee room. - Tania

Didn't work out
- AIMS - the students will still all be there, and Jan is away at the time.
- Westerford High School - contacted Charles Bates, he was keen, but says that "as a result of shorter winter holidays, there is a greater than normal amount of maintenance work to be done in addition to the end of year cleaning and preparation for the new year. The buildings are thus unavailable during the summer holidays".

- Contact Kay Warne 021 712 0284 Ext 210 or Paul Noppe on Ext 230 - Spoke with Paul as Kay only does half-days and sadly, they close for functions on Friday 7th! Not able to twist their arm but Paul recommended Bergvliet Hockey Club (1x room for 100 peeps + 1x room for +/-30) & WP Cricket Club (apparently have some great facilities) and that he would keep us on file (has my details) and let me know if anything else comes up.
